We invite Lebanese or Lebanon-based artists to submit a proposal for an installation at our space.

The installation must invade, contaminate, create an experience in our space or engage with the street. 

The installation may be 1) experienced from the street without entering the space OR 2) be experienced upon entering space OR both.

Each artist can upload up to 2 proposals. Collaborations are accepted and encouraged.

Deadline to submit: March 3 23:59 Beirut time

Works will be selected by a jury, and chosen artists will be notified accordingly.

The installation will take place in the second half of March or beginning of April and will run for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.

Takeover will cover production fees up to 400$; however, artists must agree on mounting options to ensure they align with the allocated production budget.

Takeover encourages the use of environmentally-friendly materials, borrowing, reusing and recycling <3

The artist must be present during installation and de-installation or designate someone on their behalf.

The selected artist will receive an artist fee of $300 at the end of the show.
