Amuse Bouche was a culinary experience by transdisciplinary artist|researcher Heather Kayed and architect Amir Halabi.


The artists occupied the residual space behind the partially dropped back curtain with a satirical food performance to serve attendees during the opening of DevaL.L.uation. Commenting on the devaluation crisis with minuscule bites costing no more than 1000LBP to produce, the flavours and textures of the food items presented were forward and almost disturbing, forcing a new relationship to food and hospitality.
