Join us on Friday 21 or Saturday 22 June for a block printing workshop facilitated by Studio Kunukku from 12pm to 5pm.


This workshop will include a brief overview of the history and storytelling of Syrian block printing, information on material and preparation methods, and printing designs on fabric.

Participants are also invited to bring an item of their choosing to have it printed with the Studio's unique stamps.

Registration details:

Participation fees: 45$ for one 5 hrs session.

The workshop will be conducted on two days and has a limited capacity of 15 in total.

7 on the first day, 8 on the second day.

To book your spot, we kindly ask that you mention the day you are interested in joining and providing a 10$ down payment. We ask this to ensure we are able to accommodate everyone interested and available to attend.

Studio Kunukku is a multidisciplinary design studio telling stories of communities through lost and endangered crafts. The studio creates playful artisanal products using slow fashion methods and age-old techniques especially block printing on textiles, alongside archiving traditional wood blocks from Syria and the broader region.
